iPhone X shots w/ some light VSCO editing

Well today I decided to give the iPhone X camera a chance just to see how good it is as all the ads and people’s say it is…and it did not disappoint. Today my boy and I decided to try Flywheel Coffee Roasters in the Haight, which was definitely good but as we were sitting and sipping our cups, I decided to try shooting with the phone since I didn’t bring my camera and wanted to shoot my shot hehe shoot the coffee cups so…phone shots it is. I think if I get a really good photo editing program, I can probably shoot straight from the phone, edit, write a blog and then post! Efficiency.

Today as we were in Amoeba records, I just had to cop this album because Lykke Li has been on my mind recently and I just simply love how melodic her voice is. Idk if it’s just me or other find her voice as attractive as I do so I got her album Youth Novels
Well since I was already around her section and I seen it on sale…I was like might as well since I’m already here so I also got her album Wounded Rhymes

First photoshoot in a long time…

Well I definitely fell off the photography game…always trying to find a reason to shoot so…if you wanna shoot, HIT ME UP! I’m still trying to get used to WordPress cause nearly a decade of using blogspot is a little difficult fully transitioning but still pushing it so definitely stay tuned. So my fam/friend asked me to do a shoot for his brother cause he is graduating so the first thing that went to my head was do I even have the materials I need such as lenses and flashes. This shoot really awakened something in me but still not enough to fully get back on the horse..I really think I just need someone to push me and bounce ideas off of so again.. HIT ME UP! Lemme just show some photos that I took that day!

Ever since I got that masterpiece collection, just been watching one movie at a time! After watching whatever movie I seen, then I’d go to YouTube to look at reviews or analysis on the movie to see how other interpreted the movie. Do our minds see the same or did I miss something! So I have watched 13 movies of Alfred Hitchcock so far…it has been a mixture of YouTube and DVDs/BluRays! It’s just crazy how good his movies are…they really can compete with today’s movies where they may have less resources available to them YET kicks a lot of today’s movies ass!!! The title Master of Mystery and Suspense is really well-deserved to Alfred Hitchcock! Don’t believe me?! Go watch one of the most famous movies “Psycho”! This is the movie with one of the most known shower scene that goes dun dun dun dun dun dun dun! This movie is actually what made me a fan of his work! Go watch it and TELL ME HOW RIGHT I AM! I can also give you movies to watch after that you may enjoy! Salutations, Naaataan OUT!!!

From BlogSpot to WordPress

Well I think the title says it all…I’m still testing out WordPress but so far I am not disappointed by the format and how user-friendly it is like BlogSpot! The one of the reasons why I decided to maybe switching to WordPress is they have a mobile app that works really well…which BlogSpot lacks in also from one of my friends who is a web designer suggested this site because it’s protected not like BlogSpot with ZERO protection so…I do like to be protected from other people, bots, and etc which is kind of the sum of it all. This first blog post is also a testing on how will I upload my pictures and whatnot like can I put a caption under the picture like blogspot does. Let’s see how this turns out so lets start these photos with a batch of random photos I took at my local coffee shop

I saved and finally bought this collection set of the master of mystery and suspense director *insert ominous sound* Alfred Hitchcock

Idk if I’m doing this whole thing correct but I looked at the preview and I was like it looks pretty damn good but I think I may have done this a long way like there are probably shortcuts to how I did it but in time I’ll find em but for now this will suffice til I get comfortable under WordPress…OH YEAH, if you want to view these photos in full? I found out they have a widget for Flickr so I connected my Flickr so feel free in looking at my photos! Before at BlogSpot I’d always link my Flickr website but NOT NO MORE (yes I know thats a double negative but I wanted to perceive a ghetto persona just cause of that saying) ! Oh stay tuned in for the Steverino Meme once I download the mobile app, I’ll post it up so expect it tonight if I dont get distracted.
